Dr. Melissa "Mel" Hinson provides a concierge-level real estate experience rooted in education, advocacy, and genuine relationships. With an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and more than a decade of experience serving families and communities, she approaches real estate with empathy, strategic thinking, and exceptional attention to detail. Melissa specializes in serving professionals, first responders, military families navigating PCS relocations, and clients experiencing meaningful life transitions who value discretion, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance. A lifelong learner and natural educator, she is certified to teach Virginia Housing homebuyer education courses and holds the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation. When she's not serving clients, Melissa enjoys building community, organizing just about anything, and spending time with her husband and their two senior dogs.
